Leila Velez e Zica Assis
Leila Velez e Zica Assis fundaram o Beleza Natural, primeiro instituto especializado em cabelos crespos e ondulados do Brasil.
Leila Velez começou sua carreira trabalhando no Mc Donald’s com 14 anos e seu destaque foi tão grande que, já aos 16, era uma das mais jovens gerentes da rede.
Zica Assis começou a trabalhar ainda mais cedo, aos 9 anos de idade como empregada doméstica e babá. Ela sempre lutou para encontrar um produto para tratar seus cabelos cacheados. Até então, não existiam muitas opções. Por isso foi fazer um curso de cabeleireira para entender mais do assunto e desenvolver sua própria fórmula. Mas se engana quem acha que a fórmula veio de forma rápida, foram 10 anos de testes até chegar no Super-Relaxante.
Assim, ela convidou Leila para se juntar ao negócio e se tornar sua sósia. Hoje elas têm que 25 institutos de beleza espalhados pelo Brasil.
Sônia Hess
Sônia Hess transformou a pequena confecção dos pais no interior de Santa Catarina na maior camisaria da América do Sul, a Dudalina.
Tudo começou quando seu pai comprou tecido a mais para vender no seu comércio. Foi então que a mãe de Sônia resolveu fazer camisas com o tecido que sobrou e começaram a vender na pequena loja. Sônia começou a trabalhar na empresa em 1984 e abraçou todas as áreas, repaginando a marca e logo se tornando presidente da empresa. Em 2015, Sônia vendeu a Dudalina para um dos maiores grupos de confecção e comércio do Brasil, a Restoque.
Camila Farani
Camila Farani é um dos “tubarões” do Shark Tank Brasil, um game show de empreendedores. A única mulher bicampeã premiada como Melhor Investidora-Anjo no Startup Awards 2016 e 2018, ela é sócia-fundadora da G2 Capital, uma butique de investimentos em empresas de tecnologia, as startups. Em 2014, co-fundou o grupo Mulheres Investidoras Anjo de incentivo a mulheres empreendedoras. De 2016 a 2018, presidiu o Gávea Angels, um dos primeiros grupos de investimento anjo do Brasil.
