Criado em 2004 pelo MEC, o Prouni é a principal chance de porta de entrada para milhares de brasileiros em universidades particulares, que podem conquistar bolsas integrais ou parciais de estudo, a partir da nota do Enem. O Prouni acontece duas vezes por ano: a primeira delas é no primeiro semestre e a segunda delas, no segundo semestre.

Quem pode participar do Prouni?

Para participar do Prouni (Programa Universidade para Todos), o candidato deve ter realizado o Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) do ano anterior e não ter zerado a redação, além de ter obtido uma nota mínima de 450. Além disso, o candidato não pode ter diploma de ensino superior.

Na edição do Prouni 2024, o MEC permitiu que se inscrevessem alunos graduados, mas interessados em tentar bolsas para cursos de licenciatura, como uma forma de incentivar a prática de ensino no país. Para participar do Prouni, o candidato deve se adequar a algum dos seguintes critérios socioeconômicos:

  • Ter sido aluno, durante todos os anos do ensino médio, em escola pública;
  • Ter sido aluno, durante todos os anos do ensino médio, em escola particular com bolsa integral;
  • Ser professor da rede pública de ensino, na educação básica e como membro permanente do quadro de professores;
  • Ser pessoa com deficiência.

Também é necessário atender aos seguintes critérios de renda (com exceção de professores da rede pública de ensino):

  • Para bolsa integral (100%) é necessário que o candidato tenha renda familiar per capita de um salário-mínimo e meio;
  • Para bolsa parcial (50%) é necessário que o candidato tenha renda familiar per capita de, no máximo, três salários-mínimos.

No momento da inscrição, o candidato deve escolher até duas opções de curso, período letivo e instituição de ensino superior de acordo com seus interesses. Ah, também é muito importante ficar atento a nota de corte do Prouni para a graduação que deseja!

Quando sai o resultado do Prouni?

As inscrições para a edição do primeiro semestre do Prouni 2024 acontecerá entre os dias 29 de janeiro e 1º de fevereiro.

A edição do Proni 2022/1 foi a que ofereceu o maior número de bolsas desde a primeira edição do programa, segundo o MEC. Houve a oferta de 273.001 bolsas de estudos, sendo, desse total, 181.036 bolsas integrais e 91.965 parciais.

Ao todo, os inscritos puderam fazer suas escolhas entre 19.584 alternativas de cursos de graduação. As vagas estavam distribuídas em 1.085 instituições privadas de ensino superior, localizadas em todos os estados e no Distrito Federal. Comparando os números de bolsas do Prouni 2022 por estado, os cinco estados com maiores números de bolsas foram: São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul e Bahia.

Para quem não passou na primeira e segunda chamada, a lista de espera do Prouni 2024 acaba sendo uma opção para tentar uma bolsa parcial ou integral. Na lista, participaram os inscritos da edição do primeiro semestre que não foram convocados em nenhuma das duas chamadas do programa.

Vagas Remanescentes

Não conseguiu uma vaga na seleção regular do primeiro semestre do Prouni 2024? As vagas remanescentes podem ser uma boa opção. Nesse caso, o candidato pode se inscrever desde que não tenha diploma de ensino superior e tenha participado de qualquer edição do Enem a partir de 2010, desde que tenha uma nota igual ou superior a 450 pontos e não tenha zerado a redação.

Para as vagas remanescentes do Prouni, não podem concorrer candidatos que já tenham sido aprovados no processo seletivo regular do Prouni do ano vigente ou da edição anterior.
