O Ministro da Educação, Abraham Weintraub, divulgou esta semana em uma rede social as datas do segundo semestre para inscrição nos programas de ingresso ao ensino superior: ProUni, FIES e Sisu. De acordo com o Ministro, as inscrições para o ProUni devem ocorrer entre 23 e 26 de junho; do FIES entre 30 de junho e 03 de julho; e o Sisu entre 16 e 19 de junho de 2020.
Todos esses programas utilizam a nota do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) em seus processos seletivos.

O ProUni é o programa do Ministério da Educação (MEC) que oferece bolsas de estudo em faculdades particulares. As bolsas podem ser de 100% para alunos com renda familiar de até 1,5 salário mínimo por pessoa ou de bolsas de 50% para alunos com renda bruta familiar de até 3 salários mínimos por pessoa. Além disso, o aluno deve ter completado o ensino médio em escola pública ou em escola privada como bolsista. Também podem concorrer pessoas com deficiência ou professores da rede pública de ensino.
O FIES
O Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (FIES) é um programa do governo que oferece financiamentos para estudantes de universidades particulares. Para concorrer, o estudante deve ter feito uma das edições do Enem a partir de 2010 e ter média de no mínimo 450 pontos, além de não poder zerar a redação.
Sisu
O Sistema de Seleção Unificada (Sisu) é o sistema informatizado no qual estudantes se candidatam a vagas em universidades públicas de todo o país. Dessa forma, são selecionados os candidatos com melhor classificação no Enem.
MEC prorroga autorização de ensino a distância em cursos presenciais por 30 dias
Enquanto isso, o Ministério da Educação (MEC) prorroga por 30 dias a autorização de aulas a distância por conta da pandemia. A portaria que publica essa autorização passa a valer a partir desta sexta-feira, dia 15 de maio.
A primeira portaria referente a essa exceção havia sido publicada no dia 18 de março e já falava na possibilidade de prorrogação. As instituições podem também alterar o calendário de férias, desde que cumpram os dias letivos e horas-aula estabelecidos
