Lançado em agosto de 2013, o Sisutec tem como objetivo ampliar e fomentar o acesso a vagas em cursos técnicos e profissionalizantes no país.

Ele funciona de modo semelhante ao Sisu (Sistema de Seleção Unificada); só que neste caso, são cursos voltados à educação profissionalizante e tecnológica.

O que é Sisutec e como funciona? 

O Sisutec (Sistema de Seleção Unificada da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica) tem a finalidade de facilitar o acesso de estudantes ao ensino técnico profissionalizante no país. Ele foi criado pelo MEC (Ministério da Educação), e atualmente, é gerenciado pela Secretaria de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (Setec).

Seu critério de seleção é a nota do Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio). Dessa forma, um bom desempenho no exame, garante excelentes colocações.

Todo o processo seletivo ocorre em uma única etapa de inscrição. O candidato deve escolher até duas opções de curso, em instituições que participem do programa. Após o encerramento das inscrições, a classificação ocorre de forma automática.

Serão selecionados os candidatos com a maior nota dentro do número de vagas liberadas para cada curso. Caso a nota do estudante permita a classificação em ambos os cursos de sua escolha, será considerado a sua primeira escolha.

Quem pode participar do Sisutec?

Podem realizar o Sisutec todos os alunos que já concluíram o ensino médio, que fizeram a prova do Enem e tenham obtido nota acima de zero na redação. 

Todas as inscrições devem ser realizadas pelo site do programa. O login é feito com o número de inscrição e senha cadastrada no Enem. Ao finalizar sua inscrição, o aluno tem a opção de imprimir o seu comprovante de inscrição Sisutec.

Na hora da inscrição, é necessário escolher uma das duas opções para concorrer às vagas:

  • Vagas destinadas a estudantes pretos, pardos ou indígenas, com ensino médio em escola da rede pública, ou ainda bolsista integral em escolas particulares;
  • Vagas para estudantes que cursaram o ensino médio em escola pública ou privada como bolsista integral.

Instituições que participam do Sisutec 

Existem diversas opções de instituições que o estudante pode escolher para realizar o Sisutec. Isto inclui, além daquelas de ensino superior, aquelas voltadas para educação profissional e tecnológica.

O pré-requisito para a participação destas instituições no programa, são os indicadores do MEC, como o IGC (Índice Geral de Cursos) e o CPC (Conceito Preliminar de Curso). Eles precisam ser positivos!

As instituições que particionam do Sisutec estão distribuídas por todos os estados brasileiros. Para checar a lista completa, basta acessar a página de inscrições do programa, e conferir as opções disponíveis.

Como se inscrever no Sisutec 2022? 

Todo o processo de inscrição é feito de forma online e gratuita. Tudo é realizado em apenas uma etapa: desde a inscrição até o processo de seleção dos cursos nos quais o aluno deseja concorrer.

O processo é feito de forma clara e simples: basta acessar o site oficial do programa e informar os dados utilizados em seu cadastro no Enem (seu número de inscrição e sua senha).

Após, o sistema informa os cursos técnicos e profissionalizantes disponíveis, assim como as instituições públicas e privadas participantes. O candidato pode escolher até duas opções, selecionando ainda qual a modalidade da vaga.

Durante o ato, é possível conferir a nota de corte, e comparar com a nota obtida no Enem. Estas notas mudam a cada dia; deste modo, é importante que o estudante fique atento. Elas podem ficar menores ou maiores, o que influencia diretamente na aprovação.

Cotas e ações afirmativas no Sisutec

O Sisutec conta com 85% das suas vagas destinadas a estudantes que tenham completado o ensino médio em escolas da rede pública de ensino, ou ainda com bolsa integral em instituições particulares.

O objetivo central do programa é justamente garantir o acesso das minorias a um estudo de qualidade, para que ocorra um nivelamento educacional, permitindo a estas pessoas concorrer com igualdade entre as demais pessoas inscritas. Existem ainda as vagas destinadas a pessoas que se consideram pardas ou indígenas, sendo necessário comprovar essa declaração.

Assim, estudantes que não optarem por nenhuma das modalidades descritas, serão selecionados no que é chamado de ampla concorrência.

Aplicativo Sisutec

Para facilitar o acesso a todas as informações do Sisutec, o programa lançou o aplicativo Sisutec. Nele, é possível consultar, de forma simples e muito prática, todas as informações referentes ao processo de seleção, avisos e datas importantes.

Tudo isto diretamente de um smartphone ou tablet. Ele está disponível para ambas as plataformas, Android ou iOS. O link para baixá-lo encontra-se no site oficial do Sisutec.

Qual a diferença entre Pronatec e Sisutec?

Muitas pessoas, ainda confundem estes dois programas. Ambos, na verdade, são iniciativas de fomento à educação técnica profissionalizante, criada pelo governo federal e têm o objetivo de estimular este tipo de estudo entre os estudantes brasileiros.

Em poucas palavras, pode-se dizer que o Sisutec é uma forma complementar do Pronatec.

Enquanto o Sisutec é focado apenas em alunos que já concluíram o ensino médico, o Pronatec destina-se, além destes, a pessoas com fundamental incompleto, estudantes da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) e trabalhadores. Ambos sem perder a essência: contribuir na formação de jovens brasileiros que almejam uma qualificação profissional gratuita no mercado de trabalho.
