Para conseguir uma bolsa do Prouni para Direito, há alguns requisitos:
- É preciso participar da última edição do Enem;
- Obter o mínimo de 450 pontos nas provas de conhecimentos gerais;
- Não zerar a redação;
- Possuir renda familiar entre um salário-mínimo e meio a três salários-mínimos e meio;
- Ter cursado todo o ensino médio na escola de rede pública;
- Ter cursado todo o ensino médio como bolsista, em caso de alunos de escola particular.
Sendo assim, o primeiro passo para conseguir uma bolsa para o curso de Direito pelo Prouni é atender aos requisitos acima e garantir uma boa nota no Enem. Depois, acessar o site do programa e se inscrever durante o período de inscrições, que ocorre duas vezes ao ano.
Nota de corte do Prouni para Direito
É importante saber que todo curso e instituição de graduação possuem uma nota de corte, sendo a nota do último selecionado para determinada opção. Por isso, é interessante que você saiba qual é a nota de corte para Direito no ano que for concorrer e avaliar as possibilidades de ganhar uma bolsa do Prouni.

Se você não for aprovado nas chamadas regulares do Prouni, há a opção de concorrer às vagas remanescentes. Essas vagas são aquelas que sobram devido às desistências de candidatos inscritos ou eliminados por não se enquadrarem nos pré-requisitos do programa.
Para concorrer, é preciso se inscrever no site do Prouni. O processo seletivo permanece igual, tendo a nota do Enem como principal requisito. Os candidatos selecionados são aqueles que atingirem as maiores médias na lista de remanescentes.
