O Prouni é um programa do governo federal, que visa facilitar o ingresso de alunos em universidades privadas. O ingresso acontece através da concessão de bolsas de estudos, que podem ser integrais (100%) ou parciais (50%). 

O processo seletivo para o programa começa através da realização da prova do Enem. Com o resultado do exame, o aluno consegue se inscrever no Prouni e participar da disputa pelas vagas. 

A matrícula do Prouni pode ser um momento de muitas dúvidas para os estudantes, seja pela questão de prazos ou de documentos necessários para o ingresso. Se esse é o seu caso, dá uma olhada nesse conteúdo que vamos esclarecer tudo o que você precisa saber sobre o assunto!

Quem passou no Prouni precisa fazer matrícula?  

O Prouni (Programa Universidade para Todos) é um processo de seleção muito parecido com outros programas do governo federal, como o Sisu (Sistema de Seleção Unificada) e o Fies (Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil). Apesar de cada um ter as suas peculiaridades em relação às oportunidades de ingresso na faculdade, os três possuem algo em comum: a necessidade de realização da matrícula.

Antes de entrar em contato com a faculdade, o estudante pode (e deve) consultar no site do Prouni a situação da sua bolsa de estudos. Isso porque, dependendo da sua nota do Enem, ele pode ter direito a uma bolsa de estudos parcial ou integral. 

Cada tipo de bolsa necessita de documentações específicas, que se relacionam principalmente à comprovação de renda e escolaridade. A lista dessas documentações também fica disponível no site do Prouni.

A matrícula na faculdade é o momento extrema importância, pois é quando o estudante irá fornecer todas as informações necessárias à secretaria da faculdade. A matrícula nada mais é do que um tipo de cadastro, para que a universidade consiga ter um controle organizado de todos os estudantes presentes na instituição.

Quando é a matrícula do Prouni? 

Logo após a divulgação dos resultados do Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio), o Prouni já abre o período de inscrições, que costuma durar 5 dias. Dentro desse tempo, os alunos conseguem alterar as opções de curso, para se enquadrarem dentro da melhor nota de corte que conseguirem. 

Após os resultados, o aluno deve acessar o edital da vaga conquistada. Nele, estarão os detalhes que serão liberados pela faculdade escolhida, como documentos necessários e datas para a matrícula.

  • Inscrições: 28 de fevereiro até 03 de março
  • 1° chamada: 07 de março
  • 2° chamada: 21 de março
  • Lista de espera: 05 a 06 de abril
  • Resultado da lista de espera: 10 a 19 de abril

Como se matricular depois do resultado do Prouni?  

Depois que os resultados do Enem são liberados, a primeira coisa a ser feita é ler o edital que fica disponível no portal do Prouni. Nele, o candidato consegue ter acesso a todas as informações necessárias para fazer a matrícula da faculdade de maneira correta. 

As informações que costumam ser liberadas no site do Prouni também ficam disponíveis dentro dos respectivos portais das faculdades selecionadas.

A primeira informação que vai ser muito importante consultar é a respeito dos documentos do Prouni. Por ser um programa voltado para inclusão, que leva em consideração critérios socioeconômicos, o Prouni possui uma lista de documentações muito específica, que deve ser seguida à risca, para evitar qualquer tipo de problema futuro.

Não necessariamente, serão solicitados todos esses documentos. Contudo, é importante tê-los em mãos, para que o processo de realização da matrícula seja o mais rápido e simples possível.

Após o resultado do Prouni e a separação desses documentos, o aluno deve verificar em quais datas ele precisa estar presente na secretaria da faculdade para fazer a matrícula.

Pode ser que durante o período de matrícula, o aluno ainda não tenha sido aprovado para nenhuma bolsa, participando dos processos de lista de espera ou vagas remanescentes. Se você se enquadra nesse grupo, fique calmo. O período de matrícula é estendido nesses casos, abrindo exceções para os alunos que tenham ingressado no curso mais tarde.

Após a matrícula, a faculdade fornece ao aluno um prontuário ou número de cadastro, comprovando a matrícula formal dele dentro da instituição. Nesse caso, é quando a vaga já está verdadeiramente garantida.

É possível perder a bolsa do Prouni? 

Uma dúvida (e um medo) que muitos estudantes têm no início da faculdade, após conseguir realizar a matrícula do Prouni e iniciar os estudos é se é possível perder a bolsa do Prouni. Então, saiba que sim, é possível perder a bolsa do Prouni.

Por ser um benefício concedido pelo governo federal, para facilitar o ingresso de alunos de baixa renda e que estudaram em escolas públicas, algumas regras e critérios são estipulados para que os bolsistas sejam forçados a manter a presença e as boas notas dentro da faculdade.

Ao quebrar esses requisitos, o aluno pode sim acabar perdendo a bolsa de estudos pelo Prouni. Alguns dos critérios que devem ser respeitados são: 

  • Reprovar em mais de 25% das avaliações e disciplinas dentro de um mesmo semestre;
  • Faltar mais de 25% das aulas de cada disciplina dentro de um mesmo semestre;
  • Já ser matriculado / ou se matricular em outra instituição de ensino superior, seja ela pública ou privada;
  • Não respeitar o período de matrícula pré-estabelecido pela universidade;
  • Ter algum aumento na renda da família, que o tire do nível social para o qual as bolsas do programa são destinadas.

Quem é bolsista do Prouni pode reprovar? 

Bolsistas do Prouni podem reprovar, desde que a reprovação não seja referente a mais do que 25% das disciplinas. Por exemplo, se o aluno possui cinco disciplinas no semestre, ele pode reprovar em uma apenas (que representa 20% das disciplinas do curso). Caso ele reprove em duas, ele perderá o direito à bolsa de estudos.
